2. Services Offered
AYROMEX S.R.L. develops and distributes SaaS software products for European businesses, including:
- —AyroHub: AI operating system for Italian ADM gaming operators
- —AyroDesk24: AI receptionist for SMEs
- —Custom AI Automation and n8n automation services
3. Acceptance of Terms
Use of AYROMEX services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. A user who does not accept these terms must immediately stop using the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
AYROMEX products use probabilistic artificial intelligence technologies. Generated results may vary depending on context and input data.
AYROMEX S.R.L. does not guarantee specific results. The user is responsible for supervising and validating outputs produced by the AI systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, trademarks, interfaces and source code developed by AYROMEX S.R.L. are the exclusive property of the company. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.
6. Tax Regime — Reverse Charge
AYROMEX S.R.L. is registered with VIES under number RO52014564.
B2B transactions to EU customers apply the Reverse Charge mechanism pursuant to Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC. Invoices are issued without VAT; the tax is settled by the recipient in their own country of establishment.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European regulations.
For any dispute, the competent court is the Bucharest Tribunal, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
